EPF at Writers Kingston in Richmond Park - July 1st 2021
A celebration of contemporary literary and avant-garde European poetry as the closing event of Kingston University's Writers' Kingston programme for 2021 and the opening event of the European Poetry Festival.
The event also celebrated the remarkable publisher Sampson Low, with featured launches of four new titles - ‘Flowers Won’t Grow’ by Karenjit Sandhu & SJ Fowler, ‘Dream Red’ by Nina Fidry, ‘Slurps’ by Patrick Cosgrove and ‘Even Still’ by Sylee Gore. Plus the event featured performances from the POPOGROU collective featuring Simon Tyrrell, Susie Campbell, Bob T Bright, Lisa Blackwell and Martin Wakefield alongside readings from Maria Celina Val, Katerina Koulouri, Sophie Shine, Emily Baldwin and Anna Svensson-Stoltz.
