Three bursts of interviews with contemporary European poets have accompanied the European Poetry Festival. Our foundations were laid by the Maintenant interview series, published by 3am magazine, Poetry International and Verspolis in 99 editions, over a decade www.stevenjfowler.com/maintenant

Then in 2020, our festival was moved online due to the pandemic and instead of events we produced poetry films and a series of video interviews with a dozen poets www.europeanpoetryfestival.com/2020

Lastly, the young German poet Richard Ettinger has given his time to create a series of interviews with poets who featured at the 2023 festival, and showed an unusually generous engagement with the festival’s principles of collaboration, performance and generosity.
